The dates for the next show are Oct. 2 & 3, 2010. The location will be at the NM Fairgrounds. This is the same weekend as the start of the Balloon Fiesta. There will be a gun show in a different building of the Fairgrounds the same weekend. Our experience has been that shows such as that bring additional foot traffic to our show. We plan to advertise to the balloon crowd as well. Customers will need to pay for parking, or walk a few blocks. We have not had complaints about parking regarding other shows we have done at the Fairgrounds.

So, why are we changing location again? The main reason is the same as before: cost. We plan to use any excess revenue to buy more advertising. If this site works well, we hope to stay at this location for future shows.

We will send formal dealer solicitation in a week or so. We want early registration by the end of March. In consideration of your advance commitment, the dealer fees will be held the same as last year's rates for those who will send an early deposit. This discount applies only to advance registrants who pay by the noted deadline. Dealers who prefer to wait until later to sign up are still welcome to participate on a space-available basis, but they will pay an increased rate, probably 10-20% higher than last year. Thus, your willingness to make an early commitment will save you money.
